We’ll tell you right up front, so you won’t have to wonder: potjie kos is something you eat. It is, in fact, a special regional dish made in a cast-iron pot. And from the looks of it, as Richard Visser whomps up a batch, a particularly meaty and savory one. As soon as we can all travel again, a culinary trip to South Africa may be in order.
